Good morning!

Low grass and plants have been covered and frozen by frost since last evening. Tall trees are brightened and beautified by the brilliant sun light this morning.

The Buddha compared the fourfold food to the son’s flesh eaten by the parents lost in the desert. Eating can be the beginning of the three poisons, which leads to all sufferings.

He gave his last lesson on the great one’s eightfold awakening starting with least desire, satisfaction, equanimity, striving, mindfulness, concentration, prognosis, and no delusion.

He advised us to tremble even at the smallest sin – separation, selfishness – as small as a small hair, because its consequence is now the great global problematique and suffering.
