Stop Seeking Cinema

Good evening!

The Buddha told about the fourfold food for bodies and minds. He said eating food is like the parents lost in the desert eating the beloved son’s flesh. Eating sacrifices other species as well as our own, for generations; likewise it sacrifices ourselves.

We often look for our eyeglasses even though they are on our heads. I put my keys in my left hand with my bag to close the door and then tried to find them with my right hand inside the bag. We look for the valuables and the keys to them outside of ourselves.

If we stop seeking outside of ourselves, we can see the truth and find keys to open our life in peace, truth, harmony, and happiness. Sitting and stopping this constant karma cinema is to see amrita, immortality, in nirvana and attain unsurpassed awakening.
