Samsara Suffering and Samadhi Satisfaction

Good morning!

Through the open windows we can hear the sound of busily racing cars, birds’ singing, and the water falling.

Our life is like the constant flow of cars and currents, constantly flowing with ups and downs, gains and losses, births and deaths, in endless turbulent, provisional phenomena.

There is, however, another world without ups and downs, gains and losses, births and deaths, in limitless life, liberation, light, and love, in unmoved, ultimate peace.

The former is in samsara suffering. The latter is in samadhi satisfaction. Here we can find the ultimate refuge and rest in nirvana, cessation of all provisional phenomena.

This unconditioned peace with unsurpassed awakening cannot be attained without continuous cultivation and verification or practice and witness.

This is beyond vicissitude and the dissatisfaction arising from it. This is the awakening and awakened life.
