Holy (wholly wholesome) Practice

Good evening!

We now have successive hot dry days. So, plants and animals are dried and in distress. They need water, not just on the surface, but deep and dense enough. Otherwise roots and limbs can’t develop well, easily dry and die.

So is our practice. We must penetrate and pervade throughout our bodies, minds, and the whole world. We must penetrate and pervade everything entirely and exhaustively, every moment and everywhere.

Then only can we become wholly wholesome. Wholly means entirely, not just a part. Then only can we settle in unconditioned peace and unsurpassed awakening. Holiness (Hagia, Ariya, Ârya) is one wholly wholesome world with all.
