Mind-World from Zero to Infinity

Good evening!

When we sit in zazen, we can always have good evening, good day, and good life. Because our sense organs have evolved to deal with the outside environment to keep our bodies safe and life surviving – usually concerned about and connected with the outward world, mundane realms. That is why we usually look outside for matter and power.

When we sit perfectly, we can stop our physical, verbal, and mental karmas (actions and action results: habits) concerned about and connected with the outside world. In this solid state we can watch deeply into our inside phenomena, witnessing directly our inner realm. We can know how our minds and worlds originate and operate from zero to infinity.

The more we are settled, the more familiar we become with them and the more freedom we attain. We find the mental world originating and ceasing and can stay in the supra-mundane. We can clearly see and control our karmas with the three poisons, etc. Thus, we can enjoy amrita, ambrosia of immortality, in truth, peace, harmony, and happiness.
