Wholly Wholesome Symbiotic System

Good morning!

We have now longer daytime. We saw the beautiful, bright sun, melting black ice, giving life to all beings.

Before I came here I watched a TV program, Science for Everyone, which talked about slow smooth breathing muscle movement and relaxation, recreation, rejuvenation, etc.

When we breathe slowly and smoothly, the breathing muscles activates para-sympathetic nerve system, allowing more blood circulation, warming and waking up all life systems.

Seeing the beautiful sun and breathing crisp air make us joyful, wholly wholesome in a symbiotic system. We can function fully and freely, in familiarity and friendship with all.

We function interdependently and interpenetrated throughout the intricate, integral universe as symbolized in the Indra-net or a clear crystal ball as Xuan-sha expressed.
