Pervasive Practice Penetrates Pure Peace and Prognosis

Good evening!

Now we can see the quite clear and calm full moon. Only when we face the moon and the moon faces the sun straight on can we see the full moon. This represents the buddha mind, unsurpassed awakening and unconditioned peace – completely clear and cool.

Only when we face straight to the truth or only when we stop our karmas can we find ourselves right in truth and peace. The moon shows different phases – half, crescent, new moon. We seldom see the brilliant beautiful full moon; often it is too hazy or cloudy.

The buddha mind manifests itself only in gyoji, sustained practice, or career, Sanskrit chariyâ – as in brahma-chariyâ, pure career or celibacy. The Chinese Heart Sutra misses this point. Only gyoji or chariya reveals the full moon beyond apparent phases.

Only sustained practice gives us unconditioned peace and unsurpassed awakening. Otherwise we wander through the Six Ways or Worlds of hell beings, hungry ghosts, beastly beings, fighting devils, human beings, and celestial beings.

The karma machines always struggle through samsara, suffering. This is why we are in this kind of world with sufferings in small selves. Only when we become buddhas can we solve our problems, and live on joy in amrita, ambrosia of immortality.

Only karma-free career can see birth and death and the highest dharma. So, this constant practice of stopping karma is crucial for nirvana and unsurpassed right awakening. Awakened way is essential for realizing truthful, peaceful, wholly wholesome world.
