Yesterday we talked about the mundane truth and supramundane truth. We may compare them to a microcosm and the macrocosm, an individual and the great universe, a bubble and the great Pacific Ocean.
The mundane truth is driven by money, matter, and might. When we possess them, we become possessed by them. This is due to the action reaction law. No one can possess them permanently. This is due to equalization law.
The original word of the Dharma of Dependent Co-origination is paticca-sam-uppada, meeting-to-originate, sense organs and objects meeting to originate sense perceptions like two bundles of reeds leaning to each other to stand up.
This meeting makes the above laws – pushing the wall, one gets push back force and bubbles or waves are equalized into the great Pacific Ocean. No individual can be permanent, much less omnipotent.
No one wants to become enslaved by others or other things. Anyone wants life, heart, and harmony in truth, peace, freedom, and autonomy. Everyone wants and knows eventually “Only truth wins.”
The Buddha said, “Enmity is never appeased by enmity, but non-enmity. This is the truth forever, here.” Enmity begets endless violence and limitless miseries. Violence nullifies truth. Truth must go with non-harming.
The Buddha said that we can be karma-refuged, taking refuge in good karma avoiding bad ones. Dharma means truth and ethic, knowledge and action. We can change our karma to nirvana, delusion to awakening.
Let us cultivate (bhavana, causative of bhava, becoming hungry ghosts, fighting devil, etc.) ourselves to make our world truthful, peaceful, and holy (wholly wholesome)!

昨日、世俗の真理と出世間の真理について話ししました。
これらは、小宇宙と大宇宙、個と大いなる宇宙、泡と太平洋にたとえることができます。
世俗の真理は、金・物・力によって動かされます。
これらを所有すると、逆にそれらに所有されることになります。
これは作用・反作用の法則によるものです。
誰もそれらを永久に所有することはできません。
これは均等化の法則によるものです。
縁起の法（Dharma of Dependent Co-origination）の原語は「paticca-sam-uppada（縁り合って生ず）」であり、
感覚器官と対象が出会うことで、知覚が生じることを意味します。
それは、二束の葦が互いに寄りかかることで立つようなものです。
この「縁り合い」によって、前述の法則が働きます。
壁を押せば押し返され、泡や波は大海へと平されていきます。
個として永続するものはなく、ましてや全能であるものもありません。
誰もが他者や他物に奴隷化されることを望みません。
誰もが、真理・平和・自由・自治の中で、命・心・和を求めます。
誰もが最終的に「真理のみが勝つ」と知り、望んでいます。
仏陀はこう説かれました。
「怨みによって怨みは鎮まらない。ただ無怨によってのみ鎮まる。これはここに、永遠の真理である。」
怨みは終わりない暴力と限りない苦しみを生みます。
暴力は真理を打ち消します。
真理は非暴力とともに歩まねばなりません。
仏陀はまた、「業依拠者」であると説かれました。私たちは善業に依り、悪業を避けることが出来ます。
法は、真理と倫理、知識と行為、を意味します。
私たちは、業を涅槃へ、迷妄を覚醒へと変えていくことができます。
私たち自身を修養し（bhavana、bhava：成るの使役形。餓鬼や修羅と成るのではなく）、世界を真実で平和で聖なるもの（全体健全）にしていきましょう！
