Saving Samsara Suffering

Good evening!

We are officially in autumn, and several days of showers and clouds have brought us cool air. So, we can sit without fans and lamps. The awakened way solves samsara and sufferings, transcending heat and chill. We must not become karma machines.

We are told that we use a global average of 50 slaves, with Americans using 250 times more energy than Tunisians, even decades ago. So, everyone must save energy. “Atoms for peace” was a slogan meant to hide nuclear bombs under a cover of safe energy use, but has now resulted in disaster worldwide.

Our energy and material use has been creating wars for resources. A recent study showed that every American pays $12,000 for wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, comprising 25% of our devastating debts. Power’s warfare erodes people’s and planet’s welfare.

We must be awakened to power’s, people’s, plants’ and planet’s truths and concretely act for solving samsara (birth-death) problems and sufferings. We are responsible for our delusions, disasters, and destructions.
