Disillusioned from Destruction

Good evening!

Today, the temperature was 103 degrees–maybe higher. So we need to think if we really have a good evening.

We must be disillusioned from destruction:

After the draft Nagasaki Peace Proclamation, Hiroshima Peace Proclamation would, it was reported, also include the rethinking of nuclear energy.

After Fukushima Prefecture, Tokaimura, which has epitomized nuclear power, was also reported to refuse going along with nuclear power.

The Buddha advised us to make “the mind from the source (yoniso manasi-kâra). Yoni is womb wherefrom life comes.

We must know that we are from Mother Earth and Mother Nature, the real life source, not the other way around.

Confucius said that communities may dismiss soldiers, even food, but not trust. If communities lose trust, they perish.

But in our world, power and matter come first and then mind and life. We must be disillusioned from this view and act accordingly.
