Coming Home, Comfortably Sitting

Good evening!

Zazen is “coming home, comfortably sitting” (帰家穏座: kike-onza), settling in the true self, seeing the original nature in ultimate truth and unconditioned peace.

As we practice, we penetrate through our minds, bodies, and the world further, deeper, and wider in penetrating purity, peace, and prognosis.

This is the most intimate, joyful practice in familiar, free, and full function. So, let us enjoy this practice, realizing the true self, seeing the original face.
