Fresh, Free, Full Function

Good morning!

When we sit with all the windows and doors open, we can breathe the fresh morning air, enjoying all kinds of sounds, smells, colors, contacts, freely and fully.

Mahâ assâsa, great repose, literally means the great exhalation. Only when we exhale fully and freely can we naturally inhale freely and fully.

Then, we become freed from stiffness, staleness, stagnation and function fully with all systems – bodies, minds, societies, and nature – becoming wholly wholesome.

Our breathing, however, usually is not full due to busy-ness. Thus, we keep the old stale air in our lungs, making the blood circulation, etc., not fresh, free, and full.

In order to make us free from old poisonous air, to breathe fully fresh beneficial air, we need to straighten up and strengthen our bodies, brains, muscles, and minds.

I smelled the stinky odor from the old flower vase water as the doan was dumping it this morning. We tend to keep old karmas, making our systems stiff and stinky.

Our old karmas become stiff and stale. So, we need to constantly replace them with new fresh ones for all systems to function freshly, freely, and fully up to here, now.

Only when we become free from our old triple poisons and triple maladies, can we practice our triple learning and enjoy triple treasures fully and freshly.

Then, we can constantly come back to the original purity, peace, and prognosis, and function freshly, freely, and fully here, now, with limitless life, light, and liberation.
