Sitting, Stilling, Seeing, and Settling

Good evening!

We have a nice evening with warm life-giving rain. When we sit solid and serene, we settle in nirvana, windless state of karma – physical, verbal, and mental. We are in the most stable, completely controlled state, in free and full function with all.

Otherwise we go through samsara, constant flow, going through the six ways or worlds of hungry ghost, fighting devil, etc. When we sit, we stop all of them and settle in pure peace and penetrating prognosis.

Then only can we see the truth of the mind and the world, the mind constantly feeding on the six sense worlds, feeling suffering (duk-kha, lit. going against grain). When we stop all karmas, this karma process stops in unconditioned peace and unsurpassed awakening.
