Good evening!
Just before I left home, a spring storm started with thunderbolts and thunderclaps, raining cats and dogs. The rainfall hindered driving on the highway; even at 30 mph, the wipers at maximum speed couldn’t keep up.
This seems to foretell our stormy threatening future. Recent heavy snowstorms around the world, with heavy moisture, are said to be caused by global warming.
This affects our economy – the prices of gas and food are going up rapidly, and this affects politics, societies, and cultures. Business as usual just worsens the situation.
Above our globe is the clear and calm sky with stars and the moon always. When we sit here, we can calm down and clear away clouds and storms.
Even when we have clouds and storms inside or out, we can calm down and clearly see our situations, changing our lifestyles and others’ so that we are not doomed to destruction.
Problems and solutions are dependent on how our minds move. We must cultivate our minds, illuminating the world, calm and clear like the full moon in the clear sky.
