Mind = Mundus

Good evening!

Now we have a cooler and calmer atmosphere. So, we can enjoy our sitting zazen in peace and truth.

When we sit in zazen, our karma stills, projection retracts, turmoil subsides, and turbidity clears. So, our world becomes clear and calm, peaceful and truthful, like clear crystal.

From there the dharma world with all, our prognosis and com-passion start. If we don’t still karmas, we continue delusions and blind actions, short-sighted and short-circuited.

That’s why we need to sit down solid and serene, start from there always grounded in the dharma world. Our minds are our worlds. That’s why we need to purify our minds.
