Dogen said, “This dharma is abundantly endowed with everyone, but without cultivation, it does not develop; without verification it is not attained.”
Only by actual sitting can we cultivate, develop, verify, and attain amrita, ambrosia of immortality, unconditioned peace, and unsurpassed awakening.
