Karma, Cultivation, Culture

Good morning!

Last night after sitting we had discussion as usual. Someone said that he had noticed his color-blindness only at age 18 or 19. Even blind people can cultivate their sense of space – size of the room, etc. When two girls were raised by wolves, they could see in the darkness and smell meat seventy meters away.

What is the world of the awakened ones? We don’t know until we become awakened, like noticing color-blindness. If we cultivate ourselves, we can see even things behind us and beyond time and space. How we see, smell, etc., all depends on our karmas, cultivation, and culture.
