Awakening for All: Zazen Saving: Awakening
The five powers (bala) have the same contents as the five faculties. The Buddha himself admitted this, saying that they are like a river divided by a bar in the middle of it. We can take them as powerful functions and faculties.
The awakening limb sets usually list items in a succeeding sequence of happening – from coarse to subtle, physical to mental, initial to end, etc. Here it is from faith/creed to striving/action, to mindfulness, samadhi, and prognosis.
Starting is important, to do or not, to go where, how much advancement, etc. If a river is divided and takes different courses, it may make thousands of miles difference, may stop or surge, etc. A sure start makes sure success.
What to believe makes grave differences in consequences – success, failure, damage, etc. Faith in the Dharma (universal truth/ethic) and in the capacity of everyone makes grave results on individuals, societies, and the total world.
The Buddha found the universal Dharma of Dependent Co-origination, which is eternal beyond his life . Anyone can accept, apply, and attain awakening in it. Saving the world from destruction is saving humans from delusions.

Note: Thirty-seven awakening limbs (bodhipakkhiyādhammā) are: 4 mindful orientations (body, feeling, mind, dharma), 4 efforts (no rising of unwholesome, deleting arisen unwholesome, arising wholesome, increasing wholesome), 4 potency bases (will, striving, mind, investigation), 5 faculties/powers (conviction, striving, mindfulness, prognosis), 7 awakening limbs (mindfulness, dhamma investigation, striving, joy, comfort, samadhi, renunciation), 8 holy ways (right view, thinking, speech, action, livelihood, striving, mindfulness, samadhi).
一切の為の覚醒：坐禅 救済：覚醒
五力 (bala) は五根と同じ内容を持っています。ブッダ自身がこのことを認めて、中流に岸をもつ川のようなものだと言っています。私たちはそれらを強力な機能と器官と取ることができます。
覚支の組み合わせは通常―粗大から細小へ、身体から精神へ、始まりから終わりへと言うようにー発生の継続順に支分を掲げています。ここでは信念/信仰から精進/行動へ、念慮、三昧、般若（知恵/処方）へと。
出発は、するかしないか、どこへ行くのか、どれだけ進展するのかなど重要です。もし川が分かれて、別な流れとなるなら、何千マイルの差が生じ、途切れる、逆巻くなどとなるでしょう。確実な出発は確実な成功になります。
何を信じるかは重大な結果の違いを生みますー成功か、失敗か、被害かなど。法（普遍真理/倫理）と誰でもの能力への信念は個人、社会、全世界への重大な結果を生みます。
ブッダは普遍の縁起法を発見しましたが、それは彼の生涯を超えて永遠のものです。誰でもそれを受け入れ、適用し、そこに覚醒を得ることができます。世界の破滅を救うとは人間を迷妄から救うことです。
