Good morning!
We have been having rain. Very early this morning I had to get up and fix the roof leak.
The Buddha said,
When we have roofs, we have leaks.
When we have the body-possession or body-entity view, we have leaks inside and out.
That is why we need to sit to drop off our bodies and minds to become freed from leaks.

1. Leak (ro, 漏): flux (ooze, āsava, āsrava: bonnō, affliction, 煩悩, kilesa, kleśa, soil,
defilement)
2. Body-possession or body-entity view (sakkāya diṭṭhi, satkāya dṛṣṭi, ushin-ken, 有身見)
or rather body-possessed view, thus shinjin-totsuraku (身心脱落, body-mind falling
away) is necessary.
