Good morning!
The Buddha said, “Take refuge in yourself, not others. Take refuge in the Dharma, not others.” The Dharma (norm: law) of all dharmas (forms: phenomena) is the Dependent Co-origination law similar to the causal law.
We should not take refuge in another person, however high in position, power, fame, richness, abilities, etc., but only in the Dharma (universal truth/ethic), because humans are not perfect, permanent, and prevailing.
We should not take refuge in any institution, society, system, etc., but only in the Dharma (ultimate truth/ethic), because man-made things are not perfect, permanent, and prevailing (partial, local, old, obsolete, etc.).
We should not take refuge in any “supreme thing,” dogma, deity, etc., but only in the Dharma (supreme truth/ethic), because these human beliefs are not perfect, permanent, and prevailing (partial, old, irrational, etc.).
Let us be wakeful not becoming enslaved by anyone, institution, ideas – nationalism, dictator, war, nuke, etc. for all to become awakened, free, friendly, equal, and peaceful, enjoying holy harmony, and happiness!

仏陀はこう言われました。「自帰依、不依他、法帰依、不依他。」諸法（形象：現象）の法（規則：法則）は、縁起（因縁生起）の法、すなわち因果律に似たものです。
私たちは、どんなに高い地位・権力・名声・富・能力を持つ人であっても、それらに帰依してはなりません。なぜなら、人間は完全でも、永続的でも、普遍的でもないからです。私たちは、ただ法（普遍真理・倫理）にのみ帰依すべきです。
私たちは、いかなる制度、社会、組織にも帰依してはなりません。なぜなら、それら人為的なものは完全でも、永続的でも、普遍的でもなく（部分的・局所的・古く・時代遅れなど）、信頼に値しないからです。私たちは、ただ法（究極真理・倫理）にのみ帰依すべきです。
私たちは、「至高なるもの」、ドグマ（教条）、神格などにも帰依してはなりません。なぜなら、それら人間の信仰もまた完全でも、永続的でも、普遍的でもなく（部分的・古く・非合理など）、惑わされるおそれがあるからです。私たちは、ただ法（至高真理・倫理）にのみ帰依すべきです。
誰にも、どのような制度・思想にも奴隷にならないよう、目覚めていましょう。
ナショナリズム、独裁、戦争、核などに支配されることなく、すべてが目覚め、自由で、友情に満ち、平等で、平和となり、聖なる調和と幸福を楽しめるように！
