Haste Makes Waste

Good morning!

We have now nice warm rain, good for plants and animals. The sun will come out for them soon. I saw an opossum crossing in front of me. If I was in haste, I might have run over it.

This morning’s New York Times op-ed article “Here comes the sun,” by Paul Krugman, reports that solar energy is now cheaper than fossil fuel if subsidies and external costs are counted.

Here comes radiation. We can’t see it, but we can imagine it as snow covering the whole world. Snow melts quickly, but radiation stays for days, decades, millennia, and millions of years.

Our actions, karmas, are usually blind and hasty. Systemic, sustainable, safe, simple saving of all comes from solid serene sitting. Here comes limitless light, liberation, love, and life.
