Today is the spring equinox, equal in day and night, chill and heat, called higan (the yonder shore: nirvana: complete equanimity), when nature starts or restarts spring and celebrates new birth with the Flower Festival (Buddha’s birthday), Easter (Jesus’ rebirth), etc. It is the natural course of the universe.
Rebirth (yomigaeri: 蘇 or 甦) means refreshment or rebirth: yomi (黄泉：yellow spring) kaeri (返り：帰り：return), return from the nether world. We can recover and refresh ourselves from deadly states (sickness and suffering), restarting a new and refreshed life. The Dharma of all dharmas works universally.
We have become deadly by the triple poisons of desire, divisiveness, and delusion, but we can recover by the triple learnings of morality, concentration, and prognosis. The Buddha taught giving, morality, and birth in heaven for ordinary people, giving the five precepts essential for heaven (as the ten commandments).
Religion is the reunion with the holy (wholly wholesome way and world) from sin (separated sickness), concretely becoming friends in need as illustrated in the ideal figures of Mitra, Mithra, Mazda, Maitreya, Messiah, et al. (future savior means the potential for everyone to save all: global peace and prosperity in the global ethic).

今日は昼夜、寒暖が等しい春分の日で、彼岸（涅槃：完全な静謐）と呼ばれ、自然は春の始まりであり花祭り（仏誕会：ブッダ誕生日）や復活祭（イエス復活日）等を祝います。それは宇宙の自然の過程です。
ヨミガエリ（蘇、甦）は蘇生あるいは甦生（黄泉帰り）であり黄泉から帰ることです。私達は（病気や苦悩の）死の様な状態から回復し更新出来、新しく新鮮な命を再生できます。諸法の法は普遍的に働いています。
私達は貪瞋痴の三毒で死んだ様になりますが、戒定慧の三学で回復できます。一般人にはブッダ（覚者）は施・戒・生天を説き、天（的生活）に必須な五戒（十戒も同様）を与えました。
宗教 (religion) は罪（sin: 分離・病患）から聖（holy: 全体・健全）への再結合（religare）で、ぐたいてきには、理想像（未来救済者とは地球倫理で地球平和・繁栄で、一切を救う誰でもの可能性です）友：Mitra, Mithra, Mazda, Maitreya, Messiah他で示される様に、「必要の時の友」になることです。
