“Flowers blooming, the world is arisen.” We have beautiful flowers at the altar and on the radiators. The bright beautiful sunlight fills the world with the sky without clouds.
In Japan on March 3 they celebrate the Period of Peach. They can see pink flowers in the field. It is the Festival of girls and dolls. Usually they celebrate it with sweet white wine.
However, the dark clouds of the triple tragedy one year ago may still be hanging over there. More than 100,000 people evacuated from the radiation fallout.
The radiation fallout with the dark clouds will remain for decades and centuries. More than 70% people are now against nuclear power with only 2 out of 54 reactors on line.
People wanted TEPCO to take responsibility. TEPCO said that radiation fallout was like frost without owner. The court agreed with TEPCO and dismissed their responsibility.
If radiation fallout is nobody’s possession, electricity may be also nobody’s possession. We had better know that nobody can possess anything for long.
Clouds suddenly appear and disappear in the sky. Companies, countries, institutions, ideas, disasters, and delusions appear and disappear temporarily in the cosmological scale.
We ourselves also appear and disappear and also have personas. So, here they say corporations have personhood and the same right as humans. All are essentially fictions.
These artificial ideas and institutions have never been billions of years are fictions. They are like tornadoes and tsunamis coming and going creating damages and devastations.
So, we need to return to the state before we created ideas, institutions, disasters, devastations, delusions and demise.
All things are dependently originated on causes and conditions. If we know this truth and actually stop our karmas, we can stay in wholly wholesome truth and peace.
When we stop our karmas, which are causes and conditions to create things especially problems of human creation, we can stop our sufferings.
We can change bad karmas into good ones. This sitting is stopping, seeing, and shifting karma. This is the essential function and functional essence.
When we sit still and serene, we can reach nirvana. Nir-vâna or ni-vâta is no-wind state with still lamp flame illuminating the world (nivâte padîpa) without movement.
To solve our individual, social, and ecological problems, we must sit, see, and shift our karma, life, and paradigm.
In still and serene sitting we can enjoy the world before we create delusion, greed, problems, suffering, in ultimate truth and peace tasting amrita, ambrosia of immortality.
This is good for all always. Every day Rui-yan called and responded to himself, “Are you awake?” “Yes, I am!” “Never get human deception any day, any time!” “No, I will not!”
So, let us practice this essential art of free full function so that all become awakened and enjoy holy (wholly wholesome) truth, peace, goodness, and beauty, good for all always.
