Beautiful Blooming, Bearing Bountiful Beings

Good morning!

We are now in winter officially, but with rain we can still enjoy beautiful autumn colors on the trees and over the ground.

Yesterday I saw the beautiful crimson color of a maple tree for the first time. Its color is due to a certain temperature, water, earth, sunlight, and many years of growth – all combined.

So is our practice. We must know that all things work together throughout our practice life. Through our practice we find the beautiful colors, luster, light, fragrance, and fruiting.

I also found seeds borne after unnoticed blooming and bearing bountiful beings. So, let us make our effort and enjoy our praxis, gyoji – sustained practice with all.
