Good evening!
We had a very good autumn day with crisp cool air, without clouds. When we sit solid, stable, still, and serene, we become like the great clear, calm, and cool autumn sky without clouds of karmas – physical, verbal, and mental motions, commotions, emotions, motivations, etc.
This is why the Buddha is represented in zazen, which is the functional essence and essential function of the awakened way, achieving unconditioned peace and unsurpassed awakening. Anyone can “come and see” suchness in penetrating pure peace and prognosis.
Let us, therefore, all settle in sitting solid, stable, still, and serene, enjoying such penetrating pure peace and prognosis together with the whole world, rather than enslaved in separated stifled struggles and sufferings. That is the original and ultimate state beyond all crippling karmas.
