Good morning!
When we get up early, we can feel the fresh, cool morning air. When we step out from our houses, we can see beautiful nature.
When we sit down calm and clear, we can discover how our perceptions, emotions, and volitions arise, how we appropriate and identify ourselves, and how our suffering arises.*
When we sit down still and serene, we can cease (nirodha) our karmas and cease all karmic winds (nirvâna).**
In solid, still sitting, we can actualize sîla (morality), samâdhi (concentration), and paññâ (prajñâ: prognosis), and can attain unsurpassed awakening (bodhi) and unconditioned peace.***

*The origination processes of the Twelvefold (or Twelve-limbed) Dependent Origination show those of perceptions/consciousnesses, samsâra (flow: vicissitude), and suffering (dukkha).
** The cessation processes of the Twelvefold Dependent Origination show those of perceptions/consciousnesses, samsâra, and suffering.
*** The Holy Eightfold Way/Path (ariya-atthangiko maggo) or Way consists of sîla (right speech, action, livelihood), samâdhi (right striving, mindfulness, concentration), and paññâ (right view, thinking), which compose the Three Learnings of Buddhists.
The above three with suffering (the last limb of the Twelvefold Dependent Origination) make up the Four Holy Truths/Realities (cattari ariya-saccâni).
