When we get up early, come here, and sit together, we can enjoy fresh morning air, birds’ singing, and flowers blossoming.
With our practice way cycle (gyôji-dôkan: 行持道環) of aspiration, action, awakening, and unconditioned peace, we can appreciate our original nature.
Yesterday I watched “Fukushima Lies” by ZDF reporting the triple disease of delusion, deception, and devastation or the triple malady of me-ism, materialism, and militarism.
I forwarded a news piece to our e-list about grass root Israelites and Palestinians starting exchange of friendship and love rather than battles and wars using information revolution.
People don’t want wars, but pyramidal powers want them from their triple poison of greed, anger, and delusion, developing and deploying the triple malady.
The Buddha said, “Better than conquering thousands upon thousands in the battle field is conquering one-self. This is the true conquerer.”
If we conquer the triple disease and the triple malady coming from the triple poison, we can become true conquerors never defeated by anyone, anything, anywhere, and any time.
