Good morning!
The three poisons of desire, divisiveness, and delusion poison individuals, societies, and environments. The starting point is the delusion of ego, which divides self and other, desires to benefit it by all means, sacrificing others.
This is because living beings are karma-births, -heirs, -owners, -machines, -refuged, as the Buddha said. Karma (action, habit, heredity) is accumulated in our psycho-physical systems for billion years in self-survival strife.
He recommended the triple learnings of morality, samādhi (synthesis), and prognosis to counter it. Zen-samādhi is the essential way to nirvana (no- wind, of karma), which contains morality and prognosis by synthesis of all.
The basic morality is the five precepts of no killing, stealing, lying, sexual misconduct, and intoxicants. Zen leads to nirvana, synthesis of the whole psycho-physical-world in harmony. Prognosis systemically solves problems.
Let us continue cultivation in the triple learnings to stay in harmony of all, individually, socially, and universally!

**貪（欲望）・瞋（分断）・痴（妄想）**の三毒は、個人、社会、環境を毒します。
その出発点は「自我の妄想」であり、
自己と他者を分け、あらゆる手段で自己の利益を追い、他者を犠牲にするのです。
これは、仏陀が説かれたように、
生きとし生けるものは皆、業誕生者、業相続者、業所有者、業機械、業依拠者だからです。このカルマ（行為・習慣・遺伝）は、自己保存の闘争の中で、数十億年にわたり私たちの心身組織に蓄積されてきたのです。
それに対治するため、仏陀は**三学（戒・定・慧）**をすすめられました。
中でも、禅定（ゼン・サマーディ）は「涅槃（無風、業の）」への根本道であり、そこには戒（倫理）と慧（洞察：処方）が統合されて含まれています。
基本的な倫理は、不殺生・不偸盗・不妄語・不邪淫・不飲酒の五戒です。
禅は、心身世界全体の調和の中で涅槃へと導く統合的道程です。
智慧（般若:洞察：処方）は、問題を体系的に解決します。
私たちは、三学の修養を継続し、個人・社会・世界全体の調和の中に安住しましょう！
