“All formations are impermanent. If one sees thus with prognosis, then one is weary of suffering. This is the way of purification.” This is due to the Dharma of Dependent Co-origination. Impermanence ends in sufferings.
“All formations are suffering. If one sees thus with prognosis, then one is weary of suffering. This is the way of purification.” We made the ocean of tears with inevitable, common, plus homicide genocide, ecocide sufferings.
“All dharmas are selfless. If one sees thus with prognosis, then one is weary of suffering. This is the way of purification.” Nothing is self-same, and self-sovereign, thus no self-substance. We should make none as superman.
The way of purification is still sitting, settling in nirvana (no wind, of karma), seeing the Dharma, savoring amṛta (ambrosia/deathlessness) serving and saving all. Anyone can do the same for oneself and others.
Let us see the ultimate truth of impermanent, suffering, selfless world without upside down views, and strive for all to function free and full in holy (wholly wholesome) health and harmony!

「すべての形成されたものは無常である。このように般若（智慧）をもって見るならば、苦を厭離する。これが清浄の道である。」（「真理の言葉」、277）
これは、縁起の法によるものです。無常は、苦に終わるものです。
「すべての形成されたものは苦である。このように般若（智慧）をもって見るならば、苦を厭離する。これが清浄の道である。」（「真理の言葉」、278）
私たちは避けがたい、普通共通の（四苦八苦）、さらには殺人、集団虐殺、生態系破壊の、苦しみで、涙の大海をつくってきました。
「すべての法は無我である。このように般若（智慧）をもって見るならば、
苦を厭離する。これが清浄の道である。」（「真理の言葉」、279）
何ものも自己同一でも、自己主宰でもなく、故に自己実体もない。だから、誰も「超人間（スーパーマン）」としてはなりません。
清浄の道とは、静かに坐し、涅槃（無風、業の）に安住し、
法を見、甘露（不死/神饌）を味わい、すべてに奉仕し、救済することです。誰でも自分自身と他者のために、これと同じことができます。
私たちは、無常・苦・無我というこの世の究極の真理を、
顛倒見なしに見極めましょう。そして、すべての人が、聖（全体健全）健康と調和のうちに自由に、十全に機能できるよう努めましょう！
