We have been enjoying nice autumn days with beautiful colors and warm weather. The whole world, however, is in big waves with Occupy movements.
I forwarded Bill Moyers’ speech at the Public Citizens meeting. He said people Occupy Wall Street because Wall Street has occupied the country – which means the whole world.
Now moneyism with militarism and materialism is occupying the whole world with more than a thousand bases around the globe.
I’ll forward Noam Chomsky’s Howard Zinn memorial speech at Occupy Boston titled “Occupy the World.” After his speech he wrote a piece titled “Occupy the Future.”
Moyers advises the movement to make a wide base and be occupied with and understand the world to change. He said 0.1% occupy the country – one millionth worldwide.
Chomsky tells us about two great threats to the survival of the species, nuclear weapons and environmental catastrophe, created by the top of the pyramid – now checking their solution.
Each of us must be awakened and be occupied with the whole world and the full future to stop the catastrophe. Otherwise we are doomed.
