Good morning!
Now we hear incessant insects’ singing and water flowing.
It is said that white hair is the messenger from the dark world.
A zen master said that black hair is the messenger from the dark world.
Incessant water flowing is called samsara (sam-sâra, complete or full flow). It is not a “substance” or “soul” transmigrating.
Everything is constantly changing. Water is flowing constantly, and there is no stationary substance of “waterfall.” Perennial plants are not perennial or permanent entities.
Everything is changing. Nothing is permanent. All phenomena are impermanent and insubstantial.
Are we really listening to the messengers’ messages?
